Fool’s Gold.

You will need: Boston cocktail shaker

25ml spirit measure (underside measures 10ml)

Hawthorn strainer

Tea strainer

Glass style: Daiquiri Coupe 

Garnish: Sprinkle of edible glitter & golden nuggets

Ingredients:

25ml - Cariel Vanilla Vodka

25ml - Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur

10ml - Bepi Tosolini Amaretto

50ml - Double cream 

1 tsp - Cocoa powder 

Method: 

  1. Put all ingredients in a Boston cocktail shaker glass.

  2. Fill with ice and shake well.

  3. Double strain into glass.

  4. Garnish delicately, so nuggets do not sink into the drink.
